The Phoenix Guard

The Phoenix Guard (PG) are an elite group of soldiers, hand-selected as the best of the best. They fall under the jurisdiction of the Senate, so they do not answer under the normal chains of command that the Legion follows, nor are they held responsible to the Constabulary.

Their commander is Pandarus.
